what privacy rights do you have as a worker?...who knows

Americans today tend to believe that it is unfair and an invasion of privacy to take drug and personality tests in order to be hired.while others including employers, managers and business owners believe that this is necessary information needed in order to hire an individual. at the same time I believe that testing workers is not a big problem; I also believe that the test should be limited and not get to personal. random drug tests is a great idea for current workers to make sure they are sober while working. and since it's a random test they will not be able to prepair them selves for it. however i believe the personality test is a little to far.it is degrading to tell some one they are hired or not based on their personality.

  1. Good start - think about whether there's maybe a more specific way to bring us into the topic. As you go forward, think about how to be specific - what does it mean for a test to be 'too personal'? What kinds of information are the tests designed to find out?
